CMEC Central MN Skywarn Training to be held “Virtually” 02/04/21

Skywarn requires Spotters to be trained at least once every two years, and most all Central MN Skywarn Members are now in need of Re-Training. This year, we will be providing Skywarn Spotter Training “Virtually”. Our first Virtual Training Session will be held February 4, 2021 starting @ 7:15pm, and should last about 2.5 hours. This first session will be for Past & Present Members of The St. Cloud Amateur Radio Club and/or Past & Present Members of Central MN Skywarn only.

If you are a Past or Present Member of The St. Cloud Amateur Radio Club, or a Past or Present Member of Central MN Skywarn, I encourage you to sign up for this training.

To sign up for the Training, click on this LINK, and it will re-direct you to the Sign Up Form. Or to learn more about CMEC, click on EMCOMM at the top of any page and you will be presented with our vision of CMEC. CMEC and/or Central MN Skywarn Members are required to have a full Membership in the Club, or a CMEC Member only Membership.

We will also be providing additional Skywarn Spotter Training Sessions for the General Public in the next several weeks. If you fall into this category, check back on this page often.
