Now is the time to start studying, pass your License Test, and become a Ham! Or, maybe it’s time to upgrade to General or Extra class.
Where is the Clubhouse?
401 4th St North,
Waite Park, MN 56387
A General class (Level 2) was originally scheduled, but a last minute decision was made to switch to a Technician Class (Beginner – Level 1) when a large number of newbies showed up. Class started Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 7 pm and will continue on successive Wednesdays through the end of July.
The class is FREE! The textbook is the ARRL General Class License Manual. It can be found on Amazon (and other places) for about $33. (The club may have some copies to loan out.)
It is recommended that all students make an account on www.Hamstudy.org. Reviewing the questions there is the easiest way to prepare for the test.
